Use the Products tab to control where a calculator is available in WooCommerce.
You can assign
- individual products
- entire product categories
If a calculator is assigned through a category, it can be used by every matching product in that category.
How to assign products and categories
- Open the calculator workspace.
- Go to the Products tab.
- Add the individual WooCommerce products that should use the calculator.
- Add any product categories that should also use the calculator.
- Save the calculator.
- Use Preview and test the calculator and then verify at least one real product page.
Notes:
- Preview product search only works inside the scope of products and categories assigned to the calculator.
- After importing a calculator ZIP, review product and category assignments manually before publishing.
- Use category assignments carefully on large catalogs, especially when the calculator should apply only to a narrow subset of products.
